Mother of balls, this thing was fucking up the page layout. If you absolutely must know how I scored on the “Nerd, Geek, or Dork?” test, you may slake your thirst for Steve-Taxonomy after the jump.
Pure Nerd
86 % Nerd, 47% Geek, 39% Dork

For The Record:
A Nerd is someone who is passionate about learning/being smart/academia.
A Geek is someone who is passionate about some particular area or subject, often an obscure or difficult one.
A Dork is someone who has difficulty with common social expectations/interactions.
You scored better than half in Nerd, earning you the title of: Pure Nerd.
The times, they are a-changing. It used to be that being exceptionally smart led to being unpopular, which would ultimately lead to picking up all of the traits and tendences associated with the “dork.” No-longer. Being smart isn’t as socially crippling as it once was, and even more so as you get older: eventually being a Pure Nerd will likely be replaced with the following label: Purely Successful.
Congratulations!

My test tracked 3 variables How you compared to other people your age and gender:

|
|

|
Purely successful my entire ass.

I am also a pure nerd, but with lower levels of geek/dork (21% on both).
I totally Tivo’d that show about Heroes last night.
99% across the board. Pure Nerd.
Heroes was a little iffy, btw. It seems to be taking itself to seriously. Also I can stand ‘Super Hero’ stories that tie back to comic books….. But I will continue to watch.
Waiting for Lost and Battlestar Galatica.
60 % Nerd, 39% Geek, 30% Dork
Gimme your lunch money, you nerdy little bitches!
*delivers atomic wedgie onto Steve*
I totally watched Heroes last night. I was also kind of “Eh,” about it. It seems like the main power everyone in the show had was Super-Expository Dialogue.
Also, the nerd test has completely barfed up the layout of the page for me. Is everyone else getting that too?
According to Herc at Aint it Cool news the people who are in charge added some new writers and that the next couple of episodes get stronger. Since Herc has been responsible for me being addicted to such shows as Alias, Battlestar Galattica and Lost, as well as Studio 60 which is real good to, I am willing to see where it goes.
